1991 establishment and leadership of the DMGQ Management Academy in Germany as s freelance management consultant. In my capacity as an entrepreneur I obtain the highest acceptance of the company owners, investors, the managers and the employees. 27 years (1991- up to now) consulting and coaching experience in
small and medium-sized companies as well in international concerns
in projects for change, process and project management, total
quality management, management training, organizational
personnel development and individual career coaching.

Up to date there are 64 companies in Germany and a total of 92 enterprises worldwide (EU, Russia, Africa, Japan, South Korea and
the USA). For the success of my clients I take the responsibility.

In my cooperation it comes to fast, customized, pragmatic, holistic
and sustainable solutions for my clients to generate vital management issues, as for example, the establishment of a realistic vision, setting
the specific mission and the strategic business plans for the implementation, the comprehensive restructuring of business processes, as well as the increase in management performance
